The Opportunity

We’re looking for an Editorial Content Creator / Producer to create engaging, authoritative, and platform-first content that builds audience trust and drives organic discovery across Lookfantastic’s Content Hub, YouTube, and social channels.

This is a hands-on role combining editorial, video production, content optimisation, and social storytelling, with a strong focus on SEO, GEO, and AI-powered discoverability. You’ll also manage the Social Producer, ensuring editorial campaigns are effectively translated into compelling social and video content.

What you’ll be doing

  • Create and produce high-quality articles, expert features, buying guides, and educational content, from research and interviews through to writing and editing.
  • Develop YouTube and editorial video content, including scripts, storyboards, production briefs, and filming coordination.
  • Repurpose editorial content into video, social, and multimedia formats, working with the Social Producer to deliver platform-first storytelling.
  • Manage and develop the Social Producer, ensuring campaigns are effectively amplified across social channels.
  • Optimise content using SEO, GEO, and AI discoverability best practice, including internal linking and topical authority.
  • Manage and maintain the Content Hub, refreshing existing content and identifying new evergreen opportunities.
  • Collaborate with SEO, Social, PR, Creative, CRM, Copywriters, and external experts to support campaigns and launches.
  • Use analytics to track performance, identify optimisation opportunities, and test new formats and storytelling approaches.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
