Job Description
This role plays a critical part in bringing Quadient’s internal communications to life. As Editorial & Digital Manager, you translate our enterprise narrative, strategy, and transformation priorities into high-quality, engaging content and digital experiences that inform, connect, and activate employees across the business.
From shaping how strategy is understood to making complex change clear and actionable, your work helps employees focus on what matters most and move forward with confidence.
Working within a clear editorial framework, you are responsible for shaping and delivering content across our core channels - ensuring communications are consistent, well-timed, and aligned to priorities. You bring discipline to execution, connecting strategy to storytelling so employees receive relevant, accessible content in a fast-moving environment.
You lead the day-to-day orchestration of content and channels - from planning and publishing through to performance tracking - helping Quadient communicate with greater clarity, efficiency, and impact at scale.
You play a key role in raising the quality, clarity, and impact of how Quadient communicates at a time of significant transformation.
This is a maternity leave cover role for 1 year.
Your role in our future:
- Translate enterprise narrative, strategy, and transformation priorities into clear, engaging content that enables leaders and employees to understand and act
- Deliver a global content calendar aligned to editorial priorities, ensuring effective sequencing and consistency across communications
- Apply editorial standards, narrative frameworks, and messaging guidelines to maintain clarity, consistency, and quality across all content
- Lead day-to-day management and optimization of key internal communication channels, including We Connect, ensuring a strong, intuitive, and engaging user experience
- Partner with IC Business Partners and stakeholders to deliver communications that meet business needs, enable effective leadership communication, and maintain editorial discipline
- Track and analyze channel and content performance, using data and employee feedback to improve effectiveness

Qualifications
Your profile:
- Strong experience in internal communications, editorial content, or digital communications within a complex, global organization
- Outstanding writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear, engaging, and actionable content
- Proven experience delivering high-quality content across channels, including intranet and internal social platforms, with a strong focus on quality and consistency
- Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented, with experience managing editorial workflows, content calendars, and competing priorities in a structured way
- Solid understanding of how to apply editorial standards and messaging frameworks consistently across communications
- Experience supporting leaders and subject matter experts in developing communications that reinforce key messages and drive understanding
- Experience using data and insights to evaluate content and channel performance and inform continuous improvement
- Confident collaborator and business partner, able to work effectively across functions and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Digitally aware, with an interest in evolving communication tools and formats, including AI-enabled content creation
