About Radcliffe
Radcliffe Group brings medical knowledge to life for a global community of cardiovascular healthcare professionals. Through journals, video interviews, webinars, podcasts, online courses and live event coverage, we provide trusted, independent education that helps clinicians stay informed and improve patient care.
The Role
We are looking for a Junior Editorial Marketing Coordinator to join our Digital Editorial team; a small, collaborative team responsible for multimedia content development, educational initiatives and congress/event coverage.
This is a varied and hands-on role focused on helping healthcare professionals discover, engage with and return to Radcliffe's content, with social media at the centre of campaign delivery. Working closely with the Editorial team, you will promote webinars, podcasts, video interviews, Academy content and congress coverage across social media platforms, email and digital platforms.
You will be responsible for delivering social-first multi-channel campaigns, maintaining social media calendars, curating and clipping editorial content for platform-ready assets, creating audience communications and using data to understand campaign performance. You'll also develop an understanding of how professional communities engage across different platforms, how platform algorithms influence content reach and engagement, and how AI tools can support responsible content generation and optimisation.
As part of a small team, you'll receive training in editorial workflows and content development, allowing you to support the wider Editorial team when needed.
What You'll Be Doing
Content Promotion & Audience Engagement
- Put social media front and centre when promoting Radcliffe's content across social, email and digital channels.
- Support multi-channel campaigns around webinars, podcasts, video interviews, Academy programmes and congress coverage.
- Help grow engagement across a global community of healthcare professionals.
- Identify opportunities to maximise content reach and audience interaction.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
