Role Description The Editor role at redRondo.com is a VOLUNTARY, remote position focused on maintaining high editorial standards across all published content. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing and editing articles for clarity, accuracy, consistency, and style, as well as providing constructive feedback to writers. Editors will collaborate with content contributors to refine story angles, ensure proper sourcing, and uphold the site’s voice and guidelines. Responsibilities may also involve light fact-checking, headline and subheading optimization, and coordination with other team members to manage publishing schedules and content priorities.

Qualifications
- Strong editing and proofreading skills, with attention to grammar, structure, and readability.
- Ability to evaluate content for narrative flow, argument strength, and overall coherence.
- Familiarity with online publishing tools or content management systems (CMS) is beneficial.
- Deep interest in Liverpool FC, including transfers, tactics, youth development, and women’s football.

- Capacity to work independently in a remote environment, manage deadlines, and handle multiple pieces of content.
- Prior experience in editing, journalism, blogging, or sports writing is an advantage but not required.
