EDTECH ACCOUNT MANAGER - FULLY REMOTE

£35,000 - £55,000 BASE + INDUSTRY-LEADING COMMISSION + SIGN-ON BONUS

GCA FRAMEWORK ✅

RECSEEKERS are partnering with a fast-growing EdTech business that has built its own technology platform to change the way schools access education staff.

Rather than operating like a traditional recruitment agency, they combine experienced education recruiters with technology that manages much of the process behind the scenes - helping schools access teachers and support staff quickly, while giving recruiters more time to focus on relationships, business development and growing their market.

They’re now looking for experienced Education recruiters to join the team as they continue to scale.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Education recruitment is changing.

Frameworks are becoming tighter, margins are being squeezed and recruiters are having to work harder to generate the same results.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

This business has built its model around removing a lot of the friction that comes with traditional education recruitment.

Their app handles much of the admin and repetitive work involved in sourcing, onboarding and managing education staff, allowing consultants to spend more of their time doing the things technology can't replace:

  • Winning schools.
  • Building relationships.
  • Growing markets.

WHAT THEY’RE LOOKING FOR

They’re hiring Education recruiters at all levels across the UK, with both hybrid and fully remote opportunities available.

There is a particular focus on growing their SEN, Primary, and Secondary markets, so they’re keen to speak with recruiters who have experience across these areas.

Experience in Education recruitment is essential.
