The role

At the University of Bristol, we are committed to creating an outstanding experience for students from all backgrounds. As part of our welcoming and inclusive community, you'll play an important role in supporting students from their first day through to graduation, helping them succeed academically and make the most of their time at university.

What will you be doing?

We are looking for organised, proactive, and customer-focused people to join our teams and become Education Administrators. In the role, you will support students and academic schools through every stage of the student journey, from registration and induction through to graduation.

You will be a key point of contact, providing guidance, information, and administrative support while helping to ensure that student administration processes run smoothly and efficiently. This is a varied and rewarding role. You will manage a range of administrative activities, respond to student enquiries, maintain accurate records, support key academic processes, and work closely with colleagues across the University to deliver an excellent student experience. Most roles are based on our Clifton or Temple Quarter campuses, close to Bristol city centre with excellent transport links.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
