Description
As an Education Advisor at Foster + Partners, you will help shape the future of learning and professional development across a global design practice. Working closely with colleagues across Learning & Development, HR and wider business teams, you will play a key role in supporting architects and designers throughout their careers, developing innovative education programmes and fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional excellence.

Requirements
What you will bring to the team:
- A passion for learning and helping others achieve their professional goals.
- A strong understanding of architectural education and professional registration pathways.
- ARB/RIBA registration and relevant professional expertise.
- Experience building relationships with educational institutions and professional bodies.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple programmes and priorities.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging stakeholders at all levels.
- A proactive, collaborative approach and the ability to drive initiatives independently and as part of a team.
