About Us

Renaissance® is a global leader in education technology. We help schools and school groups in the UK and around the world with educational assessments, practice and intervention solutions, and data analytics. Renaissance now incorporates GL Assessment (known internationally as GL Education), too – a leading provider of educational assessments.

Together, our assessments offer the ideal starting point to help teachers understand their students’ strengths and pinpoint areas of need. Our teaching and learning tools then provide effective next steps, with online literacy and maths solutions that meet students exactly where we are.

Worldwide, we support over 18 million students, operating in over 100 countries.

At Renaissance, we're passionate about helping educators make informed decisions that support teaching, learning and pupil success. As an Education Adviser, you'll partner with Multi-Academy Trusts (MATs) across England, building trusted relationships with senior leaders and assessment specialists to help them maximise the value of our solutions.

This is a highly consultative role that combines educational expertise, relationship management, training, data insights, and customer success. You'll work closely with Trust leaders to understand their priorities, support implementation, drive engagement, and ensure schools are achieving meaningful outcomes from their investment in Renaissance.

If you're an experienced educator who enjoys building relationships, presenting to senior stakeholders, analysing data, and making a genuine impact across multiple schools, we'd love to hear from you.

Please note: This is a fixed term 12-month position.

What you’ll be involved in:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with MAT leaders, assessment leads, and senior school stakeholders.
  • Understand each Trust's goals and priorities, helping them achieve success through effective use of Renaissance solutions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact and trusted adviser for your portfolio of MATs.
  • Manage annual contract renewals, ensuring customers continue to receive solutions that meet their evolving needs.
  • Support customers throughout their journey, from implementation through to ongoing adoption and success.
  • Deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and presentations, both independently and alongside our training team.
  • Analyse and interpret school and Trust-level data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for development.
  • Present findings and recommendations to school leaders and Trust leadership teams.
  • Help customers turn data into actionable insights that support teaching, learning, and pupil progress.
  • Attend educational conferences, events, and exhibitions as required.
  • Act as an ambassador for Renaissance, combining educational expertise with a deep understanding of our solutions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
