To provide a comprehensive Front of House/Reception
administrative service in the Education Centre.
The post holder will work in a busy environment with frequent
communications by telephone, e-mail and visitors. They will
work within set procedures. Guidance and advice are readily
available from members of the Integrated Education (Medical) team.
To prioritise the demands of this role and work to tight
timescales, whilst maintaining the required standards.
The Post Holder Will Have Specific Responsibilities For
Information Management

Responsible for the management of the room booking system, ensuring that all resources in the Education Centre are used to their maximum capacity and to trouble-shoot any problems with external provider. Designated ‘super-user’ for system with access to add and remove users.

Provide information for reports of room usage in the Education Centre through collating appropriate data from the room booking system used in the Education Centre for use in reports for various forums and meetings on behalf of the Deputy Head of Medical Education & Knowledge Services, Assistant Director HR (Education) and Programme Leader as required.

- Maintain and report metrics, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) linked to Trust and National Governance processes and produce data and information for reports as requested.
