About The Role
We are looking for an organised and proactive Course Coordinator to support high-quality administration for our Undergraduate Medicine programmes. You will be the main administrative contact for your allocated courses and will manage key processes including timetabling, student allocations, attendance monitoring and curriculum updates.
You will support academic governance by preparing documents, servicing meetings and tracking actions, and you will help keep course records and systems accurate. As a key point of contact for students and academic staff, you will ensure clear communication and maintain up-to-date course information.
About The Team
You will join a friendly and collaborative administration team within the School of Medicine’s Education Centre. We work closely with academic staff, clinical partners and professional services colleagues to deliver a high-quality experience for our medical students.
Teamwork, flexibility and knowledge-sharing are central to how we work, and you will play an active role in supporting colleagues.
About You
You will be an experienced administrator with strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail. You will be confident working independently, using your initiative to manage tasks, resolve non-standard queries and maintain high standards of service. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build positive working relationships across academic and professional groups. If you enjoy varied work, teamwork, problem-solving and supporting students and staff, we would be delighted to receive your application.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
