Education Centre Manager – Saturday Education Centre
📍 Birmingham – Small Heath or Aston
🕙 Every Saturday | 10:00am–2:30pm
💷 £120 per Saturday

Brainology is looking for two experienced education leaders to take responsibility for the successful running of our established Saturday education centres in Birmingham.
This is a senior leadership position. We need confident, experienced education professionals who can take ownership of a centre, manage staff and ensure consistently high standards every Saturday.
The Role
As Education Centre Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Leading and managing the teaching and support team
- Taking full responsibility for the smooth running of the centre
- Maintaining high standards of teaching, behaviour and student experience
- Managing staff performance and addressing issues quickly
- Supporting, observing and providing feedback to teachers
- Ensuring safeguarding, compliance and operational procedures are followed
- Overseeing the experience of new and trial students
- Ensuring trial feedback is completed fully and on time
- Working closely with our administration and operations teams
- Identifying problems and implementing improvements
- Reporting directly to Brainology's directors

Who We're Looking For
We want candidates with a strong background in UK education leadership. This could include:
- Headteachers / Deputy Headteachers
- Assistant Headteachers
- Heads of Department
- Education Centre Managers
- Experienced senior teachers with significant leadership responsibility
Ideally, you will have 10+ years of education experience and a proven track record of managing staff and maintaining high standards.
You must be comfortable leading adults as well as students. We need someone who can set clear expectations, hold staff accountable and create a professional, organised and high-performing environment.

About Brainology
Brainology operates established education centres supporting students across KS1–KS4 in English, Maths and Science, alongside 11+ preparation.
You will be supported by our administration, operations and finance teams, allowing you to focus on what matters most: leading your centre, managing your team and delivering an excellent experience for students and parents.

📍 Ark Victoria Academy – Small Heath
📍 Broadway Academy – Aston
We have one position available at each centre.
Important: This role requires availability every Saturday from 10:00am–2:30pm. Please only apply if you can commit consistently to Saturdays.
