About Elliptic

About The Role
You will own education content and Learning Management System operations throughout this fixed-term maternity cover. You will design and build learning experiences, create e-learning modules and practical exercises, refresh existing materials, support product learning, and develop role-specific learning journeys. You will onboard learners, resolve LMS issues, support customers, collaborate with subject-matter experts, and use design and AI tools to improve content and workflows.
Requirements
- Experience in end-to-end learning or instructional design, from storyboarding through build and deployment
- Hands-on experience with Articulate 360, particularly Rise 360
- Experience managing a Learning Management System, including enrollment, troubleshooting, and administration
- B2B and B2C learning-creation experience
- Experience developing and deploying learning across multiple delivery channels
- Experience communicating directly with customers and learners
- Experience using design and AI-adjacent tools such as Canva and ElevenLabs
- Ability to use AI tools for content and administrative tasks
- Ability to work autonomously in a small team

Responsibilities
- Design and build end-to-end learning experiences
- Create storyboards and learning modules for banking and financial institution customers
- Build e-learning modules using Articulate Rise 360, Canva, and ElevenLabs
- Refresh and enhance existing learning products
- Create knowledge-delivery materials and scenario-based practical exercises
- Develop product-based learning and user certification materials
- Develop role-specific learning journeys
- Manage day-to-day Learning Management System operations
- Enroll and onboard internal and external learners
- Troubleshoot Learning Management System issues
- Support customers and learners throughout their learning experience
- Collaborate with subject-matter experts to shape content
- Collaborate on content-marketing projects
- Source, test, and deploy technologies that improve learner experiences
- Use AI tools to optimize content creation, Learning Management System workflows, and administrative tasks
- Identify opportunities to improve the learning proposition
