Annual Salary: £33,000 - £43,000 (Dependent on Experience)

About The Role

Are you an ambitious education leader ready to make a high-impact mark on a rapidly growing international market?

As the Education Content Manager for our MENA (Middle East and North Africa) region, you will be the driving force behind shaping and expanding our educational product category across Arabic-speaking countries. This role offers a dynamic blend of high-level strategic direction and hands-on execution: on any given day, you might be analysing regional market trends to define product strategy, collaborating with product team managers to ensure high-quality content delivery, and steering targeted newsletter campaigns to connect directly with educators.

If you thrive on taking end-to-end ownership, building strong stakeholder partnerships, and seeing the direct result of your work empower teachers and learners daily, this position is for you.

This role is perfect for you if…

  • You're a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of your subject area.
  • You excel at driving growth and improving performance through data-driven decisions.
  • You build strong, lasting relationships with stakeholders and partners, making an impact.
  • You are passionate about shaping education and expansion across the MENA region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with Education Content Leads to develop and implement comprehensive narrow category strategies that connect our educational content and ensure everything links together smoothly and aligns with overall brand objectives and market trends.
  • Identify growth opportunities and create plans to capitalise on them.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive strategy execution.

Market Analysis

  • Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks across the MENA region category.
  • Analyse sales data, consumer behaviour, and market dynamics to inform category strategies.
  • Monitor industry developments and adjust strategies accordingly.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
