Job Summary

IIQAF Group is seeking an organized and proactive Education Coordinator to coordinate training activities, learning programmes, educational administration, and professional development initiatives within our hospitality operations in London. The successful candidate will support the planning and delivery of training sessions, maintain learning records, coordinate instructors and participants, and ensure that educational and training activities run efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have experience in education coordination, training administration, learning and development, programme scheduling, course coordination, and administrative support. Experience in hospitality training, employee development, customer service training, or vocational education is an advantage.

This opportunity is suitable for candidates with experience as an Education Coordinator, Training Coordinator, Learning and Development Coordinator, Education Administrator, Training Administrator, Programme Coordinator, or Learning Support Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and administer educational programmes, employee training sessions, workshops, seminars, and professional development activities.
  • Develop training schedules, course calendars, session plans, and programme timelines in coordination with management, instructors, and relevant departments.
  • Coordinate training activities related to hospitality operations, customer service, food and beverage service, housekeeping, front office operations, and workplace procedures.
  • Communicate with trainers, instructors, participants, department managers, and external training providers to ensure smooth programme delivery.
  • Manage course registrations, participant enrolments, attendance records, training confirmations, and programme documentation.
  • Ensure training activities follow company policies, internal procedures, and relevant workplace training requirements.
  • Use spreadsheets, learning management systems (LMS), databases, and other administrative tools to manage training information.
  • Support continuous improvement of educational programmes, training processes, participant engagement, and administrative efficiency.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Education, Education Administration, Human Resources, Business Administration, Training and Development, or a related field.
  • Previous experience as an Education Coordinator, Training Coordinator, Education Administrator, Learning and Development Coordinator, Training Administrator, or Programme Coordinator is preferred.
  • Experience coordinating courses, workshops, training sessions, educational programmes, or employee development activities.
  • Experience in the hospitality, hotel, tourism, catering, vocational training, or service industry is an advantage.
  • Understanding of education administration, programme scheduling, training coordination, and participant record management.
  • Familiarity with training materials, course registration, attendance tracking, assessments, certificates, and learning documentation.
  • Knowledge of employee onboarding, workplace training, professional development, or learning and development processes is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
