Hours: 37.5 Monday – Friday

About The Role
As Education Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing, facilitating, and coordinating clinical placements and external education programmes across CHEC. Acting as a key link between the organisation and external stakeholders, you will ensure the effective planning, administration, and delivery of training and placement opportunities.
The role is responsible for all aspects of education administration, from coordinating training schedules and placements to maintaining records, producing reports, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders.

We Are Looking For Someone Who Can
- Coordinate and manage clinical placements across CHEC services.
- Act as the main point of contact for education-related enquiries and manage the relevant inbox.
- Organise training programmes, including scheduling sessions, booking venues, allocating supervisors, and managing logistics.
- Work collaboratively with Clinic Scheduling and Rota teams to coordinate placement rotas.
- Support the onboarding process for external placement candidates in partnership with the wider People & Education.
- Maintain accurate education, training, and placement records.
- Monitor attendance, participation, and completion of learning activities.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of education programmes using surveys and stakeholder feedback.
- Produce accurate reports for managers and Health Education Institutions.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with universities, healthcare institutions, students, and other stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, and service quality.
- Act as an ambassador for the organisation, ensuring professional and effective communication both internally and externally.
- Ensure compliance with confidentiality, data protection, safeguarding, and quality standards.

What You'll Bring To The Role
- Previous experience in an education, training, administration, coordination, or support role.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience maintaining records, databases, and producing reports.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong IT skills, including experience using Microsoft Office and database systems.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Experience coordinating training programmes, learning activities, or clinical placements would be advantageous.
- Knowledge of healthcare environments, onboarding processes, or education administration would be beneficial.
