Educational Support Advisor
Location: National
We are looking for an Educational Support Advisor to join our Social Value team and support the successful delivery of Tilbury Douglas's education, skills and T-Level commitments across the business.
This role will coordinate activity across our regional offices, helping teams identify placement opportunities early, understand what is required and maintain clear oversight of progress against our T-Level targets. You will support, rather than replace, the Social Value team's responsibility for delivering project and customer Social Value KPIs.
Key Duties
- Act as the central coordination point for T-Level activity, maintaining regular contact with regional, project, Social Value and Early Careers teams to identify opportunities and strengthen participation.
- Maintain a business-wide forward plan covering required, confirmed, active and completed placements; monitor regional contributions and coordinate early recovery action where delivery is at risk.
- Coordinate accurate, consistent and auditable placement data, producing clear regional and national performance reports and highlighting trends, risks, gaps and forecast performance.
- Build relationships with FE colleges and education providers, maintain visibility of relevant provision across our operating regions and connect providers with the appropriate teams.
- Develop practical guidance, templates and resources covering placement planning, safeguarding, health and safety, induction, supervision and feedback, while sharing successful approaches across the business.

About you
- Experience coordinating education, work placements, early careers programmes, stakeholder engagement or a comparable support function
- An understanding of T-Levels and industry placements, or the ability to develop this knowledge quickly
- Strong organisational, communication, data management and reporting skills
- A proactive approach to identifying delivery gaps and coordinating effective solutions
- An understanding of safeguarding, workplace health and safety, Social Value, and education and skills within construction would be advantageous
- Confidence working with colleagues, education providers and young people across multiple regions
- Flexibility to travel to regional offices, projects and education providers as required
