Description

The Education Executive, Skincare Cluster, supports the execution of education strategy across Travel Retail West (UK, Europe, and MEIA), partnering with the Regional Education Managers for Clinique, La Mer, and Estée Lauder to deliver exceptional learning experiences that build retail capability, strengthen brand advocacy, and drive commercial performance.

Working cross-functionally across three prestige skincare brands, the role plays a key part in translating regional education strategy into impactful execution for field, office, and retail teams. Through education delivery, field coaching, project coordination, and stakeholder collaboration, the Education Executive ensures consistent implementation of product launches, events, capability programmes, and education initiatives across the region.

This role acts as a key partner to the Regional Education Managers, providing operational excellence, field insights, and executional support that enables education strategies to be successfully embedded across multiple markets.

Education Operations & Programme Management

  • Coordinate education calendars, launch plans, training schedules, and deployment across brands.
  • Manage education logistics and purchase orders for training events, launches, and meetings.
  • Support localisation and distribution of global education materials, tools, and retail technology.
  • Monitor training completion, platform engagement, and launch readiness, following up as needed.
  • Maintain accurate education records and timely activity reporting.
  • Analyse education participation, coaching activity, and learning impact alongside retail performance.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking for the Regional Education Managers.
  • Use education and commercial insights to improve retail capability and consumer experience.
  • Evaluate programme effectiveness and recommend improvements.

Education Strategy Execution & Delivery

  • Support the Regional Education Managers in executing the education strategy across Clinique, La Mer, and Estée Lauder.
  • Deliver engaging virtual and in-store education programmes for retail teams.
  • Support REM in facilitating product launch education, seasonal campaigns, and core curriculum programmes across all three brands.
  • Coach Beauty Advisors & Retail Managers to strengthen product knowledge, selling behaviours, and service & eventing excellence.
  • Ensure education is delivered consistently, reflecting each brand's unique positioning while maintaining regional standards.

Field Coaching & Tier Two Door Support

  • Partner with Regional Education Managers to deliver targeted Tier Two door support across Travel Retail West.
  • Deliver in-store coaching and training to strengthen product knowledge, selling behaviours, and service excellence.
  • Support onboarding and capability development for new Beauty Advisors and Retail Managers.
  • Identify capability gaps through field observations, retailer feedback, and performance insights.
  • Drive use of education platforms, digital tools, and launch materials to maintain readiness.
  • Share Tier Two insights and best practice to improve regional execution.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Build strong partnerships with Marketing, Commercial, Retail teams, Brand, and market teams to support business priorities.
  • Collaborate closely with both Regional Education Managers to ensure alignment across shared initiatives and education priorities.
  • Support regional meetings, events, and special projects across the skincare cluster.
  • Act as a trusted education partner, ensuring consistent communication and execution across a complex multi-market environment.

Qualifications

Skills & Capabilities

  • Excellent facilitation, presentation, and coaching skills.
  • Strong organisational and project management capability with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Effective stakeholder management with the ability to build collaborative relationships across functions.
  • Commercially aware with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into action.
  • Ability to manage multiple brands, projects, and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Experience using digital learning platforms and education technologies.
  • Passion for prestige skincare, luxury retail, and developing people.

Travel Requirements

  • Frequent travel across Travel Retail West (UK, Europe, and MEIA).
  • Ability to spend significant time in-store delivering coaching, education, and supporting retail teams.
