About Madlen
Madlen is an AI-powered teaching and learning platform for schools and teachers. We started in Turkey and, in under a year, grew into one of the country's largest and fastest-growing EdTech companies! Today Madlen is used across 150 school campuses by more than 85,000 students and 30,000 teachers. We are now moving our HQ to the UK and building our presence in the British and international school market.
We have been recognised as a finalist at the EdTechX Awards, selected for Brighteye Ventures' Founders Studio (one of Europe's most selective EdTech programmes), and we work closely with the London EdTech community.
Why this role, and why now
We are entering the UK market from the ground up, and this is one of the most exciting stages of our journey so far. We are looking for someone who is genuinely passionate about education, curious about how AI is reshaping the sector, and excited by the idea of working in a fast-paced startup environment where priorities move quickly and ownership matters.
This is a hands-on, multidisciplinary role for someone who enjoys working across different areas rather than staying in one narrow lane. You’ll work closely with our team across GTM, market research, partnerships, outreach, product feedback and early commercial execution, helping shape how Madlen enters the UK and builds its presence across international British-curriculum schools.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
