Education Lead | Part-Time (Minimum 8 hrs/week)
South East England & North West England
Inspiring Engineers (Charity 1216991) is seeking two energetic Education Leads to help drive our growth and make a tangible difference in the UK education landscape.
We provide no-cost, high-impact, hands-on engineering lab experiences to secondary school students. As a sister organisation to Engineering Tomorrow, our programmes have reached more than 1.5 million students globally.
Core Responsibilities
- Outreach: Build relationships with teachers, STEM leads and Multi-Academy Trusts.
- School Support: Advise schools on lab integration and gather feedback to help evolve our programmes.
- Curriculum: Support alignment of our labs with UK standards and Gatsby Benchmarks.
- Systems: Maintain accurate engagement records and help track student impact.

Attributes & Experience
- Educational Insight: Current or former UK teacher; Science/Maths/STEM background preferred.
- Regional Knowledge: Strong understanding of schools and education networks within South East or North West England.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working remotely and travelling regionally for school visits.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient with Google tools, spreadsheets, Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
- Mission-Driven: A positive problem solver and team player passionate about inspiring the next generation of engineers.
