This is a high-impact, autonomous role where you will bridge the gap between classroom theory and clinical excellence, fostering lifelong brand advocacy from a student’s first day at university through to their professional career.
Role Summary
This dynamic role is critical to establishing Colgate-Palmolive as an indispensable, science-first oral health partner for dental students and practicing professionals. By delivering high-impact education and fostering a learning community from a student's first day at university throughout their lifelong career, you will drive trust, brand ambassadorship, and behavior adoption (recommendation, prescription, usage, and advocacy) for Colgate’s Professional oral care portfolio.
What You Will Do
Stakeholder Partnerships & Engagement
- Identify key faculty and student stakeholders across the UK and Ireland to establish and maintain collaborative, long-term partnerships.
- Act as the local "voice of the student," conducting regular meetings with key student stakeholders to analyse data and determine the best content/ engagement strategies.

Education and Event Execution
- Coverage of 15+ Dental Schools across the UK and Ireland delivering value-added professional education.
- Plan, implement, and deliver engaging educational presentations and hands-on workshops focused on professional needs and in-depth scientific product knowledge.
- Deliver student engagement and networking activities to foster authentic engagement and build early brand ambassadorship.
- Facilitate student participation in community oral health initiatives to build practical experience and early brand loyalty.
Content Strategy & Communications
- Collaborate cross-functionally to develop best-in-class educational content for student and young dentist events, as well as relevant content for the Colgate Professional Education Hub.
- Manage internal and external communications, which includes creating social media content, updating senior leadership on workstreams, and working with approved agencies to design promotional and educational assets.
Market Insights & Compliance
- Provide systematic feedback on student needs, market dynamics, and competitor activities to internal Scientific Affairs and Marketing teams.
- Maintain strict compliance and pharmacovigilance standards by diligently recording and internally communicating any product safety and quality reports submitted by healthcare professionals or universities.
Operations & Budget Management
- Track all professional activities, partnerships, and insights within the Professional Digital Ecosystem, leveraging educational value exchanges to drive first-party data (1PD) acquisition via the LMS.
- Manage the Advertising & Promotional (A&P) budget effectively, complete monthly spend reviews, and analyze the ROI of specific student and young dentist events.
Who You Are
You are a self-motivated leader who enjoys the "theatre" of public speaking and the strategy behind relationship management. You are as comfortable analyzing data as you are facilitating a room full of aspiring dentists.
