Job Opportunity at Rhondda Heritage Park
Rhondda Heritage Park is looking for an education professional to join them in developing its curriculum-linked educational programme in line with the National Curriculum for Wales.
Role Description
The postholder will need to have a degree or equivalent professional experience in science, STEM, education, heritage education or a related discipline with a strong working knowledge of the Curriculum for Wales, including progression, skills development and cross-curricular learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing the educational programme
- Delivering educational workshops and activities to all Schools visiting the attraction
Safeguarding
Protecting children and vulnerable adults is a core responsibility of all staff appointed to the Council. In addition to this safeguarding responsibility, the successful applicant for this role will also be subject to an enhanced disclosure and barring service check.
