The role
As our Education Partnerships Coordinator, you will play a key role in building and nurturing strong relationships with primary schools across the UK, ensuring the successful delivery of Positive Footprints programmes that inspire children and young people to broaden their horizons and create brighter futures.
Working closely with schools, partners, and stakeholders, you will help coordinate impactful learning experiences that connect education with the world of work, aspirations, and future opportunities.
We have ambitious plans to expand our reach and positively impact 20,000 children each year, working with a growing network of schools and partners nationwide. This role is instrumental in helping us achieve that vision, supporting the growth of our programmes and strengthening the partnerships that make our work possible.
The right fit
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to create and build sustainable relationships
- Ability to influence, persuade and communicate with potential customers through various sales techniques
- Excellent planning and organisational skills, working to deadlines
- Creative, driven and solution focused with a positive can-do attitude and joined up thinking
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail and ability to produce reports as required
- Competent with all aspects of Microsoft Office and able to confidently use a CRM
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
- Able to demonstrate company values

Who We Are
Positive Footprints, works in collaboration with education providers to develop career-based learning programmes in partnership with local businesses.
We deliver across the educational journey, from primary school and Further Education, our programmes aim to inspire, prepare, and support young people to explore the world of business, get thinking about their future careers and raise aspirations.
