About Your Education Supply
Your Education Supply was created to challenge the traditional education recruitment model. We believe schools need more than another agency supplying staff. They need a genuine education partner that understands the pressures they face, responds quickly and ultimately helps improve outcomes for pupils.
Alongside providing high-quality, compliant education professionals, we are building a broader support offering across mentoring, SEND and inclusion, pupil wellbeing and targeted educational support.
Our ambition is simple: to create stronger partnerships with schools while delivering greater value to the educators and professionals who work with us.
We are now looking for an ambitious Education Partnerships Manager to help take that proposition into schools and build lasting relationships across the education sector.
The Role
This is a hands-on, commercially focused role for someone who enjoys opening doors, meeting people and turning conversations into long-term partnerships. You will be responsible for introducing Your Education Supply to schools, academies, Multi-Academy Trusts and other education settings, developing new relationships and converting opportunities into active clients.
This isn't a role for someone who wants to spend every day behind a desk sending generic emails. We want someone who is comfortable picking up the phone, visiting schools, attending meetings, networking with education leaders and finding creative ways to get in front of decision-makers.
Most importantly, you'll be representing our wider education partnership proposition, rather than simply selling temporary staffing.
What You'll Be Doing
- Identify and engage new schools, academies, MATs and education organisations.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective education partners.
- Proactively generate new opportunities through calls, networking, referrals, LinkedIn and face-to-face engagement.
- Arrange and attend meetings with Headteachers, School Business Managers, HR leaders, Trust leaders and other key decision-makers.
- Introduce schools to the Your Education Supply proposition and demonstrate how we can support their wider staffing and pupil needs.
- Win new supply staffing agreements and preferred supplier relationships.
- Develop opportunities across temporary staffing, long-term recruitment, SEND support, mentoring and pupil wellbeing.
- Understand the challenges facing each school rather than simply reacting to vacancies.
- Work closely with our recruitment team to ensure new client requirements are delivered successfully.
- Build long-term relationships and grow accounts after the initial partnership is established.
- Maintain accurate records of prospects, meetings, opportunities and activity within the CRM.
- Identify trends and new commercial opportunities across the education market.
- Attend relevant education events, networking opportunities and conferences.
- Feed insight from schools back into the business to help develop future services and propositions.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What We're Looking For
We are more interested in drive, personality and commercial instinct than someone who simply has the right job title on their CV. You may already work within education recruitment, staffing, education technology, training or another organisation supplying products or services into schools.
You should be:
- Confident approaching new organisations and decision-makers.
- Comfortable generating your own leads and opportunities.
- Persistent and resilient.
- Naturally relationship-focused.
- Commercially aware and motivated by winning new business.
- Comfortable speaking with senior education leaders.
- Able to understand a school's problem and position the right solution.
- Highly organised and capable of managing a growing pipeline.
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of a territory.
- Proactive, energetic and willing to get in front of customers.
- Motivated by building something rather than simply maintaining an established client base.
Previous experience selling into schools, academies or Multi-Academy Trusts would be highly advantageous. Experience within education recruitment would also be valuable, although we would consider an exceptional business developer from another education-related sector.
What Success Looks Like
Success in this role isn't measured simply by the number of calls you make.
We want you to:
- Open doors.
- Build relationships.
- Win schools.
- Grow partnerships.

Your very own career expert that helps elevate your application to the next level.
You'll create a consistent pipeline of new education clients, convert those relationships into active partnerships and help schools understand the wider value that Your Education Supply can provide. Ultimately, your work should contribute to more schools receiving the right people and support when they need it — helping create better outcomes for the pupils they serve.
Your Progression
This role has been designed with progression in mind. We're looking for someone who wants to grow alongside Your Education Supply and who has the ambition to eventually take greater ownership of our partnerships and commercial strategy.
A potential career pathway could be:
- Education Partnerships Manager
- Senior Education Partnerships Manager
- Head of Education Partnerships
- Commercial Director
As the business grows, there will be opportunities to develop a team, take ownership of larger territories and strategic accounts, work with Multi-Academy Trusts at group level and play an increasingly important role in the commercial direction of Your Education Supply.
We want the successful person to have the opportunity to build their career, reputation and influence within the business, rather than seeing this as simply another business development role.
Why Join Your Education Supply?
You'll be joining a growing education business at an early and exciting stage of its journey. That means you'll have the opportunity to genuinely influence how we grow rather than simply inherit somebody else's sales process. You'll have:
- Significant autonomy over how you develop your territory.
- A proposition that goes beyond traditional education recruitment.
- The opportunity to build meaningful relationships across the education sector.
- Direct access to the leadership team.
- The ability to influence our future commercial strategy.
- Recognition and reward for strong performance.
- A clearly defined route for career progression.
- The opportunity to eventually build and lead your own partnerships team.
We're looking for someone who wants to build something.
Someone who is ambitious, resilient and commercially minded, but who also understands that our success comes from creating genuine value for schools, educators and ultimately the children and young people they support.
