Azoma

Azoma is the platform helping the world's biggest brands win in agentic commerce. When shoppers ask ChatGPT, Gemini, Amazon Rufus, Walmart Sparky for a product recommendation, Azoma makes sure our clients - Mars, L'Oreal, Unilever, and 15+ global CPGs more - are the answer. We're a Series A company, and we've been in this space since 2022, long before it was trendy.

The Problem We're Solving

AI shopping agents are reshaping how consumers discover and buy products. Brands are losing visibility overnight as search shifts from Google to LLMs. Most companies don't even know where to start. We built the platform that fixes this, and now we need someone to teach the market why it matters.

The Role

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Education Program Manager & Evangelist, Agentic Commerce. You'll be the face of Azoma in the market. That means building our agentic commerce accreditation program — the curriculum, certifications, and training that our CPG and retail customers use to understand and adopt agentic commerce. It means creating LinkedIn shorts, thought leadership content, and talking about what's happening in this space with the authority of someone who's been in the trenches of commerce. Think social media influencer, but for B2B commerce.

What We're Looking For

  • Someone who's worked at a global CPG brand or an ecommerce challenger brand.
  • Brand, marketing, ecommerce, digital, transformation — any of these functions, as long as you've been on the inside of a commerce business and can speak from experience.
  • Comfortable on camera.
  • Excited about building educational programs from scratch.
  • Ready to be the public voice of a company defining a new category.
  • This is a junior-to-mid-level role — we want someone who'll grow with us.
