About the Role

Help us deliver accessible, inclusive relationships and sex education.

Dhiverse is looking for a well-organised and proactive Project Coordinator to support the delivery of our education projects.

If you’re organised, proactive and interested in developing your knowledge of RSE, we’d love to hear from you.

About the Role

Working alongside the Deputy CEO & Services Manager and the wider team, you’ll help coordinate referrals, maintain accurate records, liaise with schools and partner organisations, organise and support sessions, resources and events and be involved in the delivery of our predesigned sessions following training.

This is a varied role that combines administration, relationship-building and practical delivery. We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive, and interested in developing their knowledge of RSE, with good communication skills and the ability to manage a varied workload. You’ll need to use sound judgement when coordinating referrals, build positive relationships with professionals and partners, and be comfortable supporting sessions, presentations, events and outreach activities. You will be committed to equality, inclusion and accessible RSE.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What We Offer

  • Full training on our projects and systems
  • A supportive, friendly, and inclusive working environment
  • The opportunity to make a meaningful impact in your community
  • We value flexible working and aim to agree working arrangements that work well for both our employees and the needs of the organisation

How to Apply

Please submit your CV along with a cover letter explaining your interest in the role and how you meet the person specification. Applications without a cover letter will not be considered.

Location and Travel

This is a hybrid role, but the postholder will need to travel to our office, schools and other venues across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough, sometimes early morning or at short notice. Applicants should therefore live within the area or within reasonable travelling distance.

Due to the rural nature of some of the areas in which we work and limited public transport, the postholder will need access to reliable transport.

For work-related travel to allocated venues, mileage expenses are paid based on the distance from either the postholder’s home base or our office, whichever is closer to the venue. Travel to and from our main office is not reimbursed.
