We are Hiring: Education Psychologist
Employer: Hampshire County Council
Location: Remote (if candidates can get to Winchester that would be great)
Rate: £931.26/day
Experience: Minimum 3 years contractor experience
Essential candidate profile
- Doctorate/PhD or Master’s in Educational Psychology (or equivalent)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience practicing as an Educational Psychologist
- Eligible/experienced in working within UK Local Authority settings
- Strong SEN / SEND experience
- Able to provide statutory psychological advice under the SEN Code of Practice
- Experience working with children and young people aged 0–25
- Comfortable advising schools, parents, carers, and other professionals
- Multi-agency working experience
- Experience preparing high-quality psychological assessment/advice reports
- Willingness to attend SEN/disability tribunals
- Must provide 2 anonymised reports with CV submission
