Team Lead – Education Recruitment
Location: Tunbridge Wells – Hybrid working available
Salary: Competitive basic + Uncapped Commission + Profit Share
Type: Permanent, Full-time
We are looking for an experienced Education Recruitment Consultant / Team Leader to join and help lead our growing education recruitment business.
This is a hot desk with existing clients, candidates and live business, covering three key markets:
- UK temporary supply
- Teacher recruitment
- International schools
You will remain hands-on with your own billing desk while taking responsibility for helping develop the team, grow existing accounts and win new business.
The Role
- Manage and grow an established education recruitment desk
- Develop existing school relationships and generate new business
- Grow our UK temporary supply offering
- Recruit teachers and education professionals for UK and international schools
- Lead, support and develop consultants within the team
- Monitor team performance, activity and revenue
- Attend client meetings and develop key accounts
- Maintain high standards around safeguarding and compliance
- Work closely with the Directors on the growth and direction of the education division

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience within education recruitment
- Strong track record of billing and business development
- Temporary supply experience would be particularly valuable
- Team leadership experience or a Senior Consultant ready to step up
- Commercial, driven and comfortable leading from the front
- Strong understanding of the education recruitment market
