EDUCATION RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT – MANCHESTER

Base Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 + Uncapped Commission
Commission: Up to 40% (Paid Monthly)
Location: Manchester City Centre HQ

Why grind through a slow summer on a flat desk when you could be running a hot, high-volume education desk with commission that actually reflects your billings?

We're partnering with a well-established education recruitment agency looking for a driven consultant to take over a warm, high-billing desk in Manchester.

THE PLATFORM & NUMBERS

  • Warm Desk: Inherit an active book of schools and candidates - no cold-start required.
  • High-Volume Market: Education is one of the most resilient, repeat-business sectors in UK recruitment - term-time consistency, not boom-and-bust.
  • Proven Team: Join consultants already billing consistently across primary, secondary, and SEN placements.
  • Earning Potential: Uncapped commission up to 40%, with fast escalators for consultants who hit target early.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
