About the Company
Educate Staffing is a London-based education recruitment agency supplying teaching and non-teaching staff to schools and multi-academy trusts across London and beyond. We are an approved supplier on national procurement frameworks including the Crown Commercial Service (RM6376) and the GCA (STeER) framework, and we hold ourselves to the highest standards of safeguarding and compliance.
We work differently to most agencies. Every client is looked after by a dedicated pairing: an Education Partnership Executive who owns the school relationship, and an Educator Success Partner who owns the candidate side. Clear ownership, no grey areas, and a shared goal — every vacancy filled with the right person, every time.
We hold 4.8 stars on Google reviews built over 10 years of service to our stakeholders.
About the Role
When a school needs someone, the right educator should already be ready. That is the job. As an Educator Success Partner (ESP), you own the candidate side of every placement. You build and maintain a pool of qualified, compliant, available educators ahead of demand — so schools are never left unfilled because the candidate wasn’t there. You work in a dedicated pairing with an Education Partnership Executive (EPE), who owns the client relationship and hands you fully qualified vacancies ready to be worked. Once a vacancy reaches you, filling it is yours to deliver.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
