EDUCATION CONSULTANT (PRIVATE CLIENT / UHNW)
Location: Knightsbridge, London (hybrid – 2–3 days in the office)
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Reports to: Head of Homeschooling
Enjoy Education is looking for an Education Consultant to join our Client Services team. This role combines educational consultancy, account management and programme delivery. It would suit someone with strong educational knowledge who can manage valuable client relationships, convert enquiries and recruit exceptional tutors into tailored programmes.
ABOUT ENJOY EDUCATION
For 20 years, Enjoy Education has supported UK and international families with private tuition, homeschooling, school advisory and bespoke education programmes. Our HNW, UHNW and internationally mobile clients expect thoughtful advice, discretion and highly personalised support.
THE ROLE
You will own a portfolio of prospective and existing families, acting as both a trusted educational adviser and their principal account-management contact. You will manage the client journey from consultation through to programme design, tutor recruitment, delivery, review and renewal. Working with Tutor Partnerships, you will translate each family’s requirements into a clear programme and tutor brief, assess candidates and recruit the right tutors into each placement. This is not a conventional sales role, but it carries commercial accountability for enquiry conversion, client retention, reactivation and appropriate account growth.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
