About This Role

Educational Leader - Glebe

When my educators keep wondering, I keep discovering.

  • They notice what I enjoy.
  • They follow my questions.
  • They make space for my culture, my ideas, my voice and my way of learning.
  • They see I am not just playing. I am thinking, testing, imagining, moving, feeling and growing.

At Only About Children Glebe, you can help guide that kind of practice.

We're looking for a reflective, inspiring and practice-focused Educational Leader.

About Our Glebe Campus

At Glebe, my day feels warm, interesting and full of character. I arrive at a beautifully renovated old building on Bridge Road, close to parks, cafés, buses and the creative Inner West around me. The building feels homely and special, with spaces that help me settle and feel known.

I learn in six indoor spaces and play outside with sandpits, gardens, a bike track and a vegetable patch. I can build, read, imagine, explore and practise school readiness. This is a place where I can feel safe, seen and ready for my next big step, with community life all around me.

You're The Difference

At OAC, they say You're The Difference.

I think that means you help my educators see me clearly. You help them ask better questions, listen to my ideas and keep learning, so I can keep growing.

About The Role

I need educators who keep learning with me.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
