EUSMS is looking for Educational Mentors with expertise in one or more of the following areas to support participants in its Entrepreneurship Program.
Areas of Expertise
We are currently looking for mentors in the following areas:
- Business Model, Customer Validation and Value Proposition
- Marketing, Branding, Sales and Customer Acquisition
- Entrepreneurial Finance, including pricing, costing, cash flow and financial literacy
- MVP and Product/Service Development
- Digital Business and AI for Entrepreneurs
- Leadership, Team Development, Negotiation and Partnerships
- Growth Strategy, Business Planning, Funding, Investment Readiness and Pitch Development
Applicants are not expected to cover all areas. Please indicate your preferred area of expertise in your application. You may also mention a secondary area where relevant.

Key Responsibilities
Educational Mentors may:
- support learning sessions within their area of expertise;
- explain concepts in a practical and accessible way;
- help entrepreneurs apply the content to their own businesses or ideas;
- provide practical feedback and guidance;
- support mentoring activities, exercises and participant development;
- collaborate with the wider Entrepreneurship Program team. The role combines educational support with practical entrepreneurial guidance.
Profile
We welcome applicants with relevant academic, professional, entrepreneurial or consulting experience. Candidates should have:
- strong knowledge and practical experience in their selected area;
- the ability to connect concepts with real business situations;
- clear communication and mentoring skills;
- reliability and the ability to work collaboratively in an international team. Previous teaching or mentoring experience is an advantage, but strong practical expertise is equally valued.

Time Commitment
Approximately 8–10 hours per week, depending on the assigned topic and program activities.
