About The Team

We are seeking skilled Educational Psychologists to join our friendly, dynamic and dedicated team. This recruitment will support our expanding service as we develop new trade opportunities, meet statutory commitments and prepare for upcoming SEND reforms.

Our service is committed to applying psychology collaboratively to make a positive difference for children and young people across Southampton. We work consultatively with school staff, parents, carers and other professionals to support psychological problem-solving and meaningful change.

We have a well-established and successful trading arm, delivering a broad range of non-statutory educational psychology services to schools and other organisations. The team is also actively involved in planning and delivering the Experts at Hand model as part of the SEND reforms.

We work closely with local CAMHS services, support the development of Mental Health in Schools Teams, and contribute to training for Education Mental Health Practitioners with the University of Southampton. Our collaborative relationships with education colleagues and wider professionals create a varied and rewarding context for EP practice.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
