We are seeking dedicated Educational Psychologists (EPs) who are ready to make a real:world impact across the 4:25 age range.

The Role

You will deliver high:quality, in:person psychological assessments, advice, and comprehensive reports to support statutory Education, Health and Care (EHC) Needs Assessments. Working directly with children and young people using standard NNC templates, your expert advice will ensure they receive the precise, tailored support they need to thrive.

The Scope:

  • Support children and young people aged 4:25 across varied developmental and educational settings.
  • Quality and Precision: Complete statutory psychological advice using clear NNC templates, supported by regular, supportive quality assurance audits designed to maintain practice excellence.
  • Direct Impact: Conduct face:to:face, directly delivered assessments to build clear, authentic psychological profiles for young people.

  • Qualifications: A recognised Masters or Doctorate degree in Educational Psychology.
  • Registration: Active registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
  • Expertise: Experience in producing statutory psychological advice and EHC reports to a high standard.
  • In:Person Assessment: Confidence in delivering face:to:face assessments and consultations using established reporting templates.
