We're partnering with a range of Local Authorities to recruit experienced Educational Psychologists for exciting contract opportunities nationwide.
Whether you're looking for face-to-face assessments, fully remote work, or a hybrid arrangement, we have flexible roles to suit your availability and preferred way of working.
The Role
As an Educational Psychologist, you'll work closely with Local Authorities, schools, children, young people, and families to deliver high-quality psychological assessments and professional advice that supports positive educational outcomes.
Assignments may include:
- Statutory Education, Health and Care (EHC) needs assessments
- Psychological assessments and written reports
- Consultation with schools, parents, and multi-disciplinary teams
- Attendance at review meetings where required
- Providing recommendations to support children and young people with additional needs

Available Opportunities
- Face-to-Face Assessment Roles: Conduct assessments within schools and educational settings.
- Remote Educational Psychologist Roles: Complete assessments and reports from home (subject to Local Authority requirements).
- Hybrid Contracts: A combination of on-site assessments and remote report writing.
What We're Looking For
- HCPC registered Educational Psychologist
- Doctorate or equivalent qualification in Educational Psychology
- Experience completing statutory assessments and writing high-quality reports
- Ability to manage your own caseload
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
