Salary: £53,554 - £67,526 Per annum
Position: Permanent
Hours: Full Time - 37 hours per week

About Us
Lancashire Educational Psychology Service (EPS) is seeking inspired and capable individuals to join our dynamic, friendly, and supportive teams of educational psychologists. We are dedicated to achieving the best possible outcomes for children and young people and providing support and help to those who need it.
Our teams have a wide range of research interests, which we encourage to support projects that align with current priorities for the authority and ongoing service development. Our focus areas include developing our offer to schools and early years settings, as well as communication and technology, and social, emotional, and mental health. We also successfully host the North-West CPD Conference for Educational Psychologists.
Our Service Offer
We have a new, exciting, and evolving Service offer for 25/26, which has a community psychology lens and a focus on group consultation-led reflection to support systemic change. The EPS is developing packages of support, and we plan to work with services within the community to support children and young people.

Role Responsibilities
Every Educational Psychologist in Lancashire is:
- Linked to one or more districts of schools
- Responsible for providing consultations and completing individual casework, including statutory work that arises in relation to these schools
- Able to become involved in the development of training for schools and the wider workforce as this is commissioned
- Able to participate in project work that utilizes their specialist knowledge and/or their particular interests alongside other psychologists from across the county.

We welcome applications from fully qualified and HCPC registered Educational Psychologists and those in training who would like to be part of these exciting developments in Lancashire. We offer part-time in addition to full-time posts.
