Emley First School is friendly, community school in a beautiful rural setting and we are looking to appoint a caring, conscientious, reliable member of support staff to join our dedicated, hard-working, friendly team.
We are looking for a calm, confident and compassionate individual who can support children to develop emotionally and academically in a safe, positive and supportive way. The role may involve situations where physical contact or intervention is required, and you will be supported to develop the skills and confidence needed to respond appropriately.

You will also play an important role in supporting children to achieve the individual outcomes and objectives outlined in their Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs). Relevant training will be provided, and you will be expected to engage positively with ongoing professional development to ensure you are fully equipped to meet the needs of the children and young people you support.
