We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, compassionate and proactive Educational Support Assistants to join our friendly and forward-thinking pastoral team. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with individual pupils and small groups, supporting their academic, social and emotional development in a nurturing and inclusive school environment.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Supporting individual pupils and small groups with learning activities.
- Delivering interventions focused on reading, writing, mathematics and social development.
- Supporting emotional regulation and positive behaviour strategies.
- Assisting teachers in planning, preparing and delivering learning activities.
- Helping create an inclusive environment where every child can participate and thrive.
- Contributing to pupil reviews, progress discussions and wider school life.
- Supporting educational visits, enrichment activities and break/lunchtime supervision as required.

About You
We Are Looking For Someone Who

- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Works effectively as part of a team.
- Has experience working with children or young people.
- Has experience supporting pupils with additional learning or behavioural needs.
- Can build positive relationships with pupils, staff and families.
