We are looking to appoint a caring, committed and enthusiastic Educational Support Assistant to join our team, to commence as soon as possible. You will work as part of our team to support the care and welfare of the children at Littletown School. This role offers a genuine opportunity to make a meaningful difference every day, supporting children to thrive, grow in confidence and access an engaging curriculum.
As an Educational Support Assistant, you will work closely with the Class Teacher to support all pupils, helping them access learning and make progress both academically and emotionally.

What we are looking for
- A kind, patient, and resilient individual enthusiastic about supporting young children.
- Can remain calm and reassuring when faced with unusual or challenging behaviour.
- Builds positive relationships with pupils, families and colleagues.
- Works effectively as part of a warm, collaborative staff team.
- Communicates clearly and professionally with parents and staff.
- Has GCSE English and Maths (Grade C/4 or above).
- Some SEN experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
