Job title: Education Visits Adviser

Contract Type: Fixed term 12-months, part-time (0.6 FTE)

Location: Midlands (Remote) with periodic travel to locations across the UK

Salary: £45,782 – £51,526 (pro rata)

Hours: 22 hours per week

Closing Date: 12th August 2026

Interviews: W/b 17th August

Start date: Immediate

We're looking for an experienced Educational Visits Adviser to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, with the potential for the role to become permanent.

About the role

As our Educational Visits Adviser, you'll lead the Trust's Educational Visits Advisory Service, working with schools, local authorities and academy trusts across the UK. You'll provide expert advice, practical support and accredited training, helping educational establishments deliver safe, compliant and inspiring learning beyond the classroom.

You'll work with around 100 schools and settings, primarily across West and North Northamptonshire, Bournemouth, Bristol, Cambridge, Canterbury and Llanelli, ensuring they have the confidence, knowledge and systems needed to deliver outstanding educational visits.
