What You Will Be Doing

  • Work with a programme team to develop and deliver excellent practical workshops and classroom lectures/ seminars.
  • Work with a programme team to support learners/ students to complete their assessments, in university and in clinical placement.
  • Work with a range of different people, within university, academic, professional teams and with employers to deliver aspects of the curriculum, support student success.
  • Work with a programme team, to ensure growth and maintenance of quality learning environments, either within the university or in relevant practice setting.

Qualifications/ Experience

  • Be an NMC registrant at either Nursing Associate or Registered nurse level.
  • Hold a relevant academic qualification consistent with NMC registration level i.e., Foundation degree /Degree.
  • Have current experience in nursing adults / older people
  • Have experience of and understand the NMC standards of supervision and assessment (2023) applied to clinical practice.
  • Be a confident communicator, using a range of technology and media.
  • Be passionate about the nursing profession.
