EES Service Line Sales Director

As the EES Service Line Sales Director, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's sales strategy and achieving revenue targets. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and ensuring the successful implementation of our products and platforms. Your expertise and leadership will be instrumental in expanding our market presence and enhancing our reputation in the EU.

  • Lead and mentor the existing sales team, providing guidance and support to drive sales performance.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities across the EU, targeting potential clients and industries.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans, aligning with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and marketing, to ensure a cohesive sales approach.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring profitable and sustainable business relationships.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts, analyzing performance and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated on the latest sales techniques and industry best practices to enhance sales effectiveness.
  • Represent Zensar Technologies UK Limited at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications

  • A proven track record of success in a sales leadership role, preferably in the technology or related industry.
  • Excellent knowledge of sales strategies, techniques, and market trends in the EU region.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing sales team.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities, with a focus on client needs and industry insights.
  • Experience in managing complex sales cycles and negotiating high-value deals.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales analytics tools to track and analyze sales performance.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • A results-driven mindset, with a passion for achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
  • A bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
