Role Description
The Eğitim Danışmanı (Education Consultant) at Oscar Education is a full-time remote role focused on guiding individuals and families through educational choices and pathways.
Day-to-Day Tasks
- Conducting online consultations to understand learners’ goals
- Recommending suitable schools, programs, or courses
- Supporting application and enrollment processes
- Preparing and delivering clear informational materials, webinars, or presentations
- Maintaining accurate records of consultations and follow-up actions in digital systems
Collaboration
The Eğitim Danışmanı collaborates with internal teams to improve guidance processes, stays current on local and international education trends, and provides ongoing support to learners throughout their educational journey.

Qualifications

- Ability to assess educational needs, analyze options, and provide clear, tailored guidance to learners and families.
- Strong communication skills, including active listening, explanation of complex information in simple terms, and professional written communication.
- Comfort with remote work tools and digital platforms, including video conferencing, CRM or student management systems, and collaborative document tools.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple consultations, follow-ups, and documentation in a structured and timely manner.
- Knowledge of local and international education systems, admission processes, and scholarship or financial aid opportunities.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues in counseling, marketing, and administrative functions.
- Fluency in Turkish and proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field; prior experience in educational counseling or student advisory services is highly beneficial.
