Title: EHCP Administrator

Location: Barnstaple, Devon
Employment type: Temporary / Full-time
Pay: £13.25 per hour

Job description:

A further education college in the Barnstaple area is looking for a capable administrator to join its Learning Support team on a temporary basis, starting immediately. This is a busy, people-facing coordination role at the heart of the college's SEN provision, and I'm handling it on the college's behalf. It runs for six weeks and beyond.

You would work alongside the Heads of Learning Support, the SEN and Assessment Manager and the High Needs Claim Lead to generate and maintain student records relating to Education, Health and Care Plans and the funding attached to them. The role coordinates the Annual Review process, arranges and minutes EHCP and review meetings, and keeps accurate records across internal and external systems.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
