EHR Clinical Delivery Coordinator
Location: Swift Square One
Job type: Specified Purpose
Overview of Role
The Clinical Delivery Coordinator will support the successful delivery of the Cúram Electronic Health Record (EHR) Programme across UPMC Ireland. Reporting to the Clinical Stream Lead, the role will provide dedicated operational, governance, coordination, and administrative support across multiple clinical workstreams, ensuring programme activities are effectively planned, tracked, communicated, and progressed. As the programme progresses through design, build, testing, organisational readiness, implementation, Go-Live, and stabilisation phases, the Clinical Delivery Coordinator will act as a central coordination resource supporting Clinical Team Leads, Subject Matter Advisors (SMAs), programme stakeholders, and operational teams.
The role will be responsible for coordinating workshops, maintaining programme trackers, supporting governance processes, managing follow-up actions, coordinating Policy, Procedure and Guideline (PPG) activities, supporting iTopics progression, and ensuring timely communication and escalation of risks, issues, and dependencies. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and motivated individual with strong coordination, administration, communication, and stakeholder management skills to contribute to one of the largest digital transformation programmes within UPMC Ireland.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
The Clinical Delivery Coordinator will act as a central coordination function supporting all Clinical Team Leads and workstreams within the Cúram EHR Programme. The role will strengthen governance, improve visibility and accountability, reduce administrative burden, and ensure programme activities are proactively coordinated and progressed. By providing consistent operational support across the Clinical Stream, the role will enable Clinical Team Leads and senior clinical leadership to focus on strategic programme delivery, clinical transformation, organisational readiness, and successful implementation of MEDITECH Expanse across UPMC Ireland.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
