Job Opportunity: Epic-certified/accredited Professional

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Epic-certified/accredited professional with a keen interest in digital healthcare. The successful candidates will join an experienced and diverse team of analysts who support UCLH’s Epic EHR and our wider digital partnerships. Our current opportunity is in our team supporting ED, inpatients, Theatres and Maternity with expertise across the following modules; Orders, Stork, OpTime/ Anaesthesia, Clin Doc, and ASAP.

Patients are at the centre of everything we do. Our team also supports the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital (RNOH) and will play an important role in future Epic Connect partnerships.

Working with clinicians, operational managers and subject matter experts, they analyse service needs, define best practice workflows and support system optimisation aligned with Trust strategic objectives.

  • Develop and support analysts
  • Collaborate across integrated EHR teams
  • Contribute to upgrades, testing and safe deployment of new functionality
  • Resolve incidents
  • Provide specialist end user support
  • Maintain strong relationships with departmental leads to ensure effective, clinically aligned system use

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
