EHS Manager

Imagine yourself…

Owning EHS performance across five Videojet sites in the UK & Ireland, with the autonomy to shape systems, standards, and improvements across diverse environments.

Building strong EHS engagement by working directly with teams, influencing leaders, and turning requirements into practical actions.

Driving meaningful change across R&D, manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, and commercial environments as part of a global technology organization.

It's possible with a role at Videojet!

Videojet Technologies is a world-leader in the product identification market, providing in-line printing, coding, and marking products, application-specific fluids, and product life cycle services. We partner with customers in the consumer-packaged goods, pharmaceutical, and industrial goods industries to improve their efficiency, protect and grow their brands, and stay ahead of industry trends and regulations.

We provide technology leadership in continuous ink jet (CIJ), thermal ink jet (TIJ), laser marking, thermal transfer overprinting (TTO), case coding and labeling, and a wide array of printing solutions. We believe that real breakthroughs come from teams that think big and respect each other's differences – different ideas, different perspectives, and different experiences. We encourage all voices to be heard, both internally as we collaborate and externally as we listen to our customers' most pressing needs.

We Offer:

  • Competitive vacation and time-off benefits
  • Professional onboarding and training programs
  • Career coaching and development opportunities
  • Comprehensive benefits
  • A collaborative team environment with strong growth potential
  • The opportunity to make a visible impact across multiple sites and functions

We are hiring a hands-on EHS Manager to advise, develop, implement, manage, and maintain EHS systems and Site Security Management Systems across five Videojet sites in the UK & Ireland, supporting approximately 250 employees across R&D, manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, and commercial field locations. Reporting to the Global Director, EHS & Sustainability, this role offers significant autonomy, exposure to varied working environments, and the opportunity to drive positive EHS performance across the region.

The role is primarily based at Videojet's Nottingham locations and is a five-day-a-week, fully onsite position. The successful candidate will work across the Nottingham sites throughout the week, with regular travel to Huntingdon and Ireland to support site engagement and EHS alignment. Travel will typically include approximately 2–3 days per month at the Huntingdon site, with flexibility to increase frequency based on operational needs, as well as approximately 2–3 visits per year to Ireland.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
