Why This Role Matters

You’ll provide varied administrative and coordination support, from reviewing data and preparing reports and presentations to maintaining accurate records and coordinating facilities, training and Health Surveillance. Working closely with the EHS & Facilities Manager, colleagues and external partners, you’ll help keep key processes running smoothly and identify opportunities to improve how we work.

This role is based at our UK Head Office in Solihull, with a minimum of three days per week in the office.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide administrative support across EHS & Facilities, including reviewing data, updating databases and maintaining accurate records.
  • Prepare weekly reports, presentations and business updates, turning information into clear and engaging slides and summaries.
  • Support meetings and communications, including taking notes, coordinating actions and following up on agreed tasks.
  • Manage day-to-day facilities requests through our CAFM system, liaising with associates and our facilities provider.
  • Coordinate EHS training and Health Surveillance, including bookings, records and follow-up with external providers.
  • Support office purchasing, purchase orders and invoicing, and maintain the EHS & Facilities SharePoint site.
  • Help streamline processes and support the team with wider EHS activities, including reporting and claims. Support the team with the administration of projects and on some occasions, owning workstreams.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
