Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Generalist

Church & Dwight UK Ltd have an exciting opportunity for an Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Generalist.

Join our team as an Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Generalist, supporting Environmental, Health & Safety compliance and culture across our manufacturing site, labs, and offices. You’ll help implement policies, manage risk assessments, conduct audits, and drive sustainability initiatives. This is a junior level position, focusing on supporting with the administrative duties of the function.

This is a 1-year fixed-term contract for maternity cover.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain risk assessments and incident logs
  • Support investigations and corrective actions
  • Conduct EHS inspections and audits
  • Manage data in digital EHS systems and report KPIs
  • Assist with training, emergency preparedness, and environmental monitoring

What We’re Looking For:

  • NEBOSH qualification preferred
  • Experience in manufacturing (FMCG desirable)
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Familiarity with EHS systems and MS Office

Working Hours:

This role works Monday – Friday, 9am – 5:00pm Monday – Thursday and 9am-4:30pm on a Friday.
