Data Center EHSQ Senior Manager

London, Barbican
£150,000 (plus bonuses)

Join a Data Centre Developer & Operator, looking after Hyperscale Data Centres!

We're looking for an EHSQ Senior Manager to work on hyperscale Data Centres around the UK & Europe. This candidate is required to establish and lead health, safety, and quality standards for a specialist AI infrastructure business delivering complex data centre environments. This is a hands-on leadership role for an experienced EHS and quality professional who can create frameworks from the ground up while remaining closely involved with site delivery.

The role combines strategic ownership with practical site engagement. You will:

  • Define EHSQ standards
  • Develop inspection and quality methodologies
  • Audit contractor performance
  • Investigate incidents
  • Work directly with project stakeholders to ensure consistent safety and quality expectations across multiple sites

This opportunity will suit someone who enjoys building processes, influencing delivery teams, and applying their expertise in complex construction or industrial environments rather than operating purely in a policy-focused position.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
